Vendors are provided SAM up to $1M limits. This provides coverage for both the institutions, the vendors, and their clients/students
Our Solution
Any institution that has third party vendors coming into their space is liable to a SAM claim and should require their vendors to have coverage. However, since most vendors are on-site for a finite amount of time, the cost of obtaining SAM coverage can be cost prohibitive. Plaisance Underwriters provides solutions that protect both parties.
